Overall 27 faculty members at the 8 partner universities are actively involved in ExSIDE as (co-)supervisors and researchers. The 15 ExSIDE doctoral fellows are the main pillar of the program. Research and training in ExSIDE is guided by the external advisory board consisting of five renowned scholars in the field. ExSIDE activities are managed by the network coordination at Bielefeld University.
